Public Hearings Announced for the 2012/2013 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP)

The Broward MPO will hold three public hearings to consider approval of the TIP.  The TIP is a federally mandated document that lists transportation projects and programs to be funded by federal, state and local governments and transportation agencies over a five year period in the Broward area.

Public hearings prior to the Broward MPO Board’s consideration of the TIP will be held during the following regularly scheduled meetings, providing the public with three opportunities to make verbal comments:

  • Technical Coordinating Committee on Monday, June 25, 2012, at 2:15 p.m.
  • Community Involvement Roundtable on Tuesday, June 26, 2012, at 6:00 p.m.
  • Broward MPO Board on Thursday, July 12, 2012, at 9:30 a.m. (Final Action Taken)

All meetings will be held in the Broward MPO Board Room, located in the Trade Centre South Building, 100 West Cypress Creek Road, Suite 850, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309.
